Our Mission
Communities That Care is a community guide for a proven five-phase change process. Using prevention science as its base, CTC promotes healthy youth development, improves youth outcomes, and reduces problem behaviors.
The CTC Club brings the diverse voices of our young adult population together to advocate for a healthy community for young people in our schools and community, by creating safe, inclusive, welcoming and substance free spaces.
Our goal is to create a healthy, safe, pro-social environment for the youth of Telluride to spend their time
