LEAF NO TRACE

Visitors to our community are able to enjoy our natural surroundings, great restaurants and exciting shopping opportunities, fantastic hiking, biking and river rafting, and come winter, great skiing on the slopes of the Telluride Ski and Golf Company.

They can also find opportunities to purchase marijuana from local dispensaries.

Unfortunately, sometimes they buy too much to consume safely during their visit.  We know that sometimes they leave their "extra" marijuana in their hotel or condo room, give it to a server in a restaurant as a "tip," or simply throw it away.

And sometimes, our youth and others find it.

We want to encourage visitors to DISPOSE RESPONSIBLY.

If you have marijuana left over at the end of your visit, please drop it off at the Telluride Marshal's office.  There is a 24-hour, 7 days per week drop box at the entrance to the Marshal's office at 134 S. Spruce Street.

Don't leave behind for youth to find!
